This Privacy Policy explains how AppixAds LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects and processes personal data when you visit playbook.appixads.com and request our free playbook.

2. What we collect

Contact data you submit - your email address and (optionally) first name - to send you the playbook and related emails.
Advertising & usage data via the Meta Pixel - e.g. pages viewed and actions taken, used to measure and improve our advertising.
Technical data automatically logged by our host (e.g. IP address, browser type) to deliver and secure the site.

3. Purposes & legal basis

Sending the playbook and marketing emails - based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time.
Measuring and improving our advertising via the Meta Pixel - in the EU/EEA based on your consent (given via our cookie banner); for visitors outside the EU/EEA based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Operating and securing the website - based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Cookies & the Meta Pixel

If you visit from the EU/EEA, we load the Meta Pixel and set advertising cookies only after you click "Accept" in our cookie banner - if you decline, no tracking cookies are set. Visitors from other regions load the Pixel on page load. You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies for this site, or opt out of interest-based ads in your Meta account settings.

5. Processors & recipients

Kit (ConvertKit) - email delivery and list management.
Meta Platforms, Inc. - advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel (only after consent).
Netlify - website hosting.

Some of these providers are located in the USA; such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

We keep your contact data until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Pixel data is retained in line with Meta's policies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
